About the Role
Spencer Logic is expanding aggressively across North America. As Sales Director, you will own the full enterprise sales cycle — from prospecting institutional brokerages and introducing brokers to negotiating and closing multi-year technology contracts. You'll be the face of Spencer Logic in the region and a key driver of our next phase of growth.
This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role. You'll work directly with the CEO and leadership team, shaping go-to-market strategy while building your own pipeline.
What You'll Do
- Own and drive the full B2B sales cycle from outbound prospecting to contract close
- Target institutional brokerages, introducing brokers, and crypto trading firms across North America
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools, industry events, and network relationships
- Present Spencer Logic's product suite (Spencer Trader, Liquidity, Risk Management, Bridging) to C-level prospects
- Collaborate with the solutions and engineering team to craft tailored proposals
- Represent Spencer Logic at industry conferences (e.g., Finance Magnates, TradeTech)
- Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets and pipeline KPIs
- Provide market feedback to inform product roadmap and pricing strategy
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in fintech, trading technology, or brokerage services
- Proven track record of closing six-figure+ technology contracts
- Deep understanding of retail brokerage operations (MT4/MT5, liquidity, risk management)
- Existing network of decision-makers within the brokerage or trading technology sector
- Strong communicator with polished executive presence
- Self-motivated, data-driven, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA a plus)
Nice to Have
- Experience selling white-label platforms or trading infrastructure
- Familiarity with CFD/FX/crypto market structure
- Multilingual (Spanish or Mandarin a strong plus for LATAM/APAC coverage)
