Spencer Logic Trading Technology · Licensed to Businesses

White-Label Trading Technology

The technology behind your brokerage — under your brand, not ours.

Spencer Logic licenses the complete trading stack to brokers, prop firms, and institutions: multi-asset platforms, liquidity aggregation, real-time risk management, and MetaTrader connectivity — including on-exchange futures through CQG. Fifteen years in production. Your brand on every screen your clients see.

Where are you starting from?

Path 1

Launching a new brokerage

You need the full stack working on day one — platform, liquidity, back office, risk — without assembling four vendors and hoping they integrate.

We license the whole stack as one integrated system, branded as yours from the first login.

Path 2

Already running one

You have a live book, real clients, and EAs that can't break. You need better infrastructure without a cutover that costs you clients.

We run alongside what you have — bridge, liquidity, or risk first — and you migrate on your timeline, not ours.

Differentiators

Three things most trading-technology vendors can't offer you.

01

On-exchange futures, natively

CQG connectivity through our MT5 gateway puts regulated exchange futures alongside FX and CFDs — on the same platform, for the same client. Most white-label vendors stop at OTC.

02

Risk automation that actually runs your book

Per-client risk scoring and automated A/B-book routing, applied in real time — not a dashboard that tells you what already happened.

03

One vendor, one integrated stack

Platforms, liquidity, risk, portals, and MetaTrader connectivity built to work together. No integration project between your platform vendor and your bridge vendor when something breaks at 2am.

The stack

License the whole stack, or only the pieces you need.

Deployment

A realistic timeline — not a sales number.

Phase 01 2 days

Scoping and configuration

Phase 02 2 days

Branding, environment build, and integration

Phase 03 2 days

UAT, go-live, and team training

Typical total 1 week

New deployment, end to end — training included, not billed as a separate phase

Your team is trained inside that week — go-live isn't a handover to a manual. Migrations from an existing platform vary with book size and integration surface, so we scope those with you before anyone commits to a date.

Questions

The questions brokers actually ask.

Is Spencer Logic a broker?

No. Spencer Logic is a technology company. We license trading software and infrastructure to brokers, prop firms, and institutions. We do not offer trading to the public, do not hold client funds, and are not a broker, dealer, or exchange.

Will my clients' EAs still work through your bridge?

Expert Advisors run on the MetaTrader terminal and continue to operate through our gateway. We test EA behaviour against your specific configuration during UAT rather than asking you to find out in production.

I'm running MT5 today. What happens to my open positions and my book?

Migrations are planned around your live book, not against it. We scope the position and history transfer, run a parallel environment, and cut over in a defined window.

Can I bring my own liquidity providers?

Our aggregation layer is provider-agnostic — keep your existing LP relationships, add ours, or run both and route between them.

Can I run A-book and B-book on the same server?

Yes. Routing is set per client, per instrument, and per condition, and the risk engine applies it in real time.

Can I license one component, or is it all or nothing?

Either. Take the full stack for a turnkey launch, or license individual components — liquidity, risk, bridge, portals — alongside what you already run.
